United Nations Association St Andrews

United Nations Association St Andrews (UNAStA) is a student organisation at the University of St Andrews and affiliated with UN House Scotland (UNHS). We aim to promote civil society engagement in our community with the work of the UN, helping to strengthen their goals. As a student organisation at the university, we are able to approach large numbers of students and encourage them to participate in activities and discussions with people who are also contributing to the values of the UN, such as human rights activists or religious leaders. Through this, we are able to raise awareness within the small community of St Andrews and actively engage people with the UN’s goals and values.
