United Career Coalition (UCC) was created by a former UN employee who worked for a Nobel Peace Prize awarded organisation and the Director General Emeritus of the IAEA. Keen to help others follow in her footsteps, she understood it was key to share how to navigate the complexities of securing and developing a career at the UN system and so the UCC was created to share UN insiders advice and knowledge.
