Ice cream sandwiches should be remarkable! So, we soft-bake our cookies and create our ice cream flavors with the real, natural ingredients you’d expect - Hawaiian Coffee, fresh fruits, European chocolate - ones that many other brands skimp on. Our customers taste the difference, tell their friends and serve our sandwiches at their weddings (seriously!) From humble beginnings at the Waimea Valley farmers market in 2013, we're proud to say we've evolved to become one of the 20 fastest-growing companies in Hawai‘i four years in a row. Our unique flavors include fan favorites like Lilikoi (passion fruit), Caramelized Banana Chocolate Chip, Ube, North Shore Coffee and Double Dark Chocolate, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Passion -Orange-Guava as well. We also offer non-dairy options (in Hawai'i) and mini sizes! “Uncle” Paul is a self-taught chef and successful former restaurant owner who grew up on O‘ahu. We make both our cookies and our ice cream in our commercial kitchens at the old Waialua Sugar Mill on Oʻahu’s North Shore and in Las Vegas, NV. Our sandwiches can be found in more than 140 retailers across the islands and now, we've just launched in 125 Whole Foods locations in NV, AZ, CA, OR and WA!
