Uncovery is an eating disorder coaching service that is dedicated to helping individuals reach recovery goals in daily life. We do this through a range of support services including: Recovery Coaching, Meal Support, In-Home Cooking, Grocery Shopping and Live-in/Transitional support. We know that there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach with recovery, so we make it our priority to individualise each coaching program, whilst collaborating closely with the rest of the treatment team each step of the way. It is our goal to help our clients establish healthy relationship with food and body, develop new coping skills and strategies, and build a life with meaning and purpose beyond the eating disorder.
