Undelusional is a solutions company dedicated to solving the psychosocial problems of today. In this year of 2018, we have dedicated to these problems: - Inability to satisfy needs despite plentiful resources - Inability to understand the self - Inconsistent Morality (at work and otherwise) - The Cult of Self Esteem - The Mishandling of the Gig Economy - The Millennial Scourge Inaugurated in 2018, Undelusional Technologies Pte. Ltd. is the continuation of business for serial entrepreneurs Ethan Seow and Reggie Koh. Ethan left medical school in the last year for a life in entrepreneurship for the past six years while Reggie left first year of business school, seeking a real adventure, spending two out his past six years in the increasingly competitive China. Partnered with copywriter and language savant Dominic Cai and hospitality champion Sebastian Ong, Undelusional is created as the business incarnate of Thought Action Paradigm, Ethan’s personal mission to merge all forms of humanistic studies into a larger, applicable matrix. Undelusional was built on the premise that solving the psychosocial issues of today would begin the solutions to the rest of the world issues. This is because people would have raised their ability to work in a larger, more collaborative manner that helps each person fulfil their own meaningful life. Our first solution comes in the form of Employee A&E: Manager’s Edition. This first edition of Employee A&E is an interactive guideline for managers or would-be managers to identify the issues of employee engagement. With the end in mind to raise employee productivity, we provide frameworks such as 3B1A, conflict revolution, empowering the burnout and advocacy-readiness. We are dedicated to equipping with the tools and solutions to create an RSTUV workplace. Together with this book, we have a modular program for people to discover their needs to effectively satisfy them in an experiential learning program.
