Undercover Activist is founded by Veronique Swinkels and Tessa Wernink At the Undercover Activist we offer leadership training for (young) professionals. We coach & inspire people in business to use an activist mindset to change their organisations from within. We see a world in which workplace activists are a driving force to organize and motivate co-workers. Where businesses are ready to put their assets and capital toward planetary wellbeing. We urge companies to embrace the collective intelligence of their workforce to take action on climate change, inclusion and justice. And become a real force for transformation and regeneration. This means more successful projects on environmental, social and governance issues within organisations, initiated by young professionals and positive activist mindsets. Through workshops, audio and visual storytelling, campaigning materials and a handbook, we aim to coach and embolden a workforce of young leaders and their teams to be constructive, optimistic and confident and encourage them to use their place of work as a space for change.
