Underground Noize Inc. is a renowned record label founded by Theodore Schiele, Paul Schiele, and Eric Schiele. The visionary trio embarked on a musical journey, starting with Theodore Schiele as the first CEO from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, Paul Schiele, widely known as Thrilla, assumed the role of CEO, guiding the label toward new heights. In 2014, the label found new ownership under FlemLo Raps, helmed by Karl Fleming, and Eric Schiele transitioned into the field of sales. Karl Fleming, now a prominent YouTube star, continued to carry the legacy of Underground Noize. From its humble beginnings in Ferriday, Louisiana, Underground Noize left an indelible mark, touching the lives of countless individuals along the way.
