The menu features the classic flavors of the Northern Mediterranean prepared with only the freshest of ingredients in our open kitchen. Guests can choose to dine in our beautifully appointed dining room, on the patio or in our comfortable lounge. While enjoying traditional Northern Mediterranean flavors, a variety of small plates, entrées or in-house prepared pastas guests get to fully appreciate the culinary and cultural richness of the region. The wine list features wines from across the globe. The private dining room can be reserved for parties up to 12 people and features AV capability.
Jason and William fully embrace the notion of enjoying what you do to the fullest and taking time to fully appreciate your experiences. The name “Under the Cork Tree” reminds one of the famous Spanish children’s story, Ferdinand the Bull, who was a gentle giant of a bull who didn’t want to fight in the ring, but just sit under the cork tree and smell the flowers…(or wine)! The story truly embraces Jason and William’s philosophy on life.
