Underwriter’s Resource is the source for commercial #insurance expertise. Expertise is in short supply and getting rarer. We share our expertise with #underwriters, brokers, buyers and lawyers. Creating user-friendly tools Technology has been great but hasn’t focused on helping us to do our jobs! We create tools to help perform everyday tasks. We’ve already filed copyrights on 2 Excel programs. The first program is designed for underwriters, walking them through the #underwriting process to assure a consistent and thorough approach to every risk they evaluate. Development is based on real life problems uncovered from years of managing underwriters and performing underwriting audits. Designed by an underwriter for underwriters, enabling them to successfully complete the most onerous task they face, file documentation! The second was created to help agents structure fact-finding meetings with clients to enable agents to capture needed data to produce concise and complete submissions. The program has been sold with exclusive rights to an agency management company to be rolled into their platform so is no longer available. We're currently developing a program analyzing business income exposures to assist in structuring BI/EE coverage. We’re estimating completion late 2019. Skills Based Training Most #CE courses are repetitive and fail in developing skills. We create and file dynamic courses designed to build expertise for agents and underwriters, such as; Insuring Hotels & Motels Insuring Garage Risks Risk Quality Financial Underwriting Courses are for agents and underwriters alike, focusing on structuring coverage effectively and underwriting techniques. Consulting Services We’re experienced in managing risks of all types and sizes and designing a wide array of retro, SIR, deductible programs and even #captives.
