ITPE - Institute for Technical Product Development

The Institute for Technical Product Development is part of the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Bundeswehr University Munich. In the fields of teaching we are dealing with basic engineering education like machine elements or 3D CAD in Bachelor courses as well as Methods of Product Development or Management of Technical Product Development for Master courses. The Institute is dealing with three main research topics: - Development methodology for additive manufacturing - Maturity level in shared development of cyber physical systems (system of systems) - Agile development of physical products
