A commercial training center focusing on companies was set up to ensure its growth. The training programs were expanded into personal and professional tracks in a wide variety of subjects. INNOVATION Rather than provide “tried and true” training methods to its corporate clients, the company built upon the symbolism of the unicorn. As a methodology, technology (software program) and gamification is used. It’d be more convenient them to participate and learning by doing the skills, to acquire and/or reinforce. Eventually, It is more effective as a methodology and teaching in a way that allows learners to retain information for longer is end product. In terms of comparing these methods to the competitors, It’d be argued that lots of companies are still stuck in the past, handing out disorganized Word documents to their employees and hoping the learning sticks. In this sense, our methodology could be considered as more efficient, more cost-effective and creating measurable and sustainable ends to the customers. Therefore, the approach was based on “lovingly” providing education and know-how while enabling the participants to experience their own value and ability to meet their personal and professional goals. Unicorn’s Effect: Applying the company’s “Unicorns Effect,” that a minor change in one employee could have a great positive added value to the company, in essence that a tiny 1% improvement applied daily for one year would result in a 37.7-fold exponential growth. In this sense, the success in our training model, which we have completely built with games and with our own software, focuses on human and his/her abilities.
