Unify Corporate Finance is a boutique M&A advisory firm, advising business founders, family companies, management teams, corporates and finance providers. We advise on the full range of corporate transactions including company sales, acquisitions and MBOs, as well as business planning and strategic advice. Unify Corporate Finance was established in Bristol in 2023 by Andrew Hodgson, following a highly successful 33 year career with KPMG in the UK. As Senior Partner for KPMG in Bristol, he led a team of 600 people, and also led KPMG Corporate Finance across the South of the UK. Andrew has specialised in Corporate Finance transactions for over 30 years, since qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1993. During that time he has advised clients on every type of domestic and cross border transaction.
