UniLodge Canada is an expansion into Canada of UniLodge - one of the leading student housing operators in the world. UniLodge manages over 41,000 student beds in Australia and New Zealand since starting in 1996. Its expansion to Canada is a natural growth as it has been Canadian-owned for more than 20 years. UniLodge also has a direct connection with the McCall MacBain Foundation and through the Foundation we donate back to our campus partners 60% of our profits in addition to bringing the efficiencies and effectiveness of our worldwide scale to our operations. UniLodge is NOT a one-size fits all operation. We will customize operations to fit the needs of the campus or off campus housing owner. We can provide a full suite of services including student life/education; front desk operations; facilities management; occupancy management including handling of all applications, assignments, billing, and marketing; security; and asset management. At the same time, we can also partner with the campus operations in student life for those campuses who wish to maintain some or all of these services.
