Union Life Sciences Ltd. was established in 2007 with the aim of exploiting early stage University research for commercial purposes. ULS’ unique approach is to acquire the licensing rights to early stage research that has the potential to deliver significant breakthroughs in the treatment of disease. ULS provides the funding, technical expertise and out-sourcing abilities required to bring this cutting edge research through the drug discovery process to an optimised lead series or a preclinical candidate. Given the huge demand currently observed for these candidates, out-licensing at this stage has been shown to deliver significant returns on investment.
