S.C UNION SERV S.R.L is a turnkey contractor – as manufacturer and assembler for on/offshore and shipbuilding project. UNION SERV is providing cost effective solutions for its clients, owning the needed resources and facilities for undertaking the entire process starting from consulting &engineering to procurement and then to fabrication - including needed treatment –as well as installation and commissioning with high adaptability in working for a multitude of projects in marine industry or in related other steel structure industries: - pipework system design, fabrication and installations (pipes and fittings carbon steel, stainless steel including duplex, super duplex, titanium, CuNiFe, PVC, GRP) -HVAC & aircon plant -Hull & steel structures -Pressure vessels/tanks -Various installations & systems (grey / black water, ballast water management, cooling water, hydraulic control systems, fire-fighting systems, etc) - All sizes and all types: plate, welded or seamless pipe products, for every shape and configuration. Our workshop is located near Mangalia city, including an usable area of 40,000.00 sqm, divided into distinct indoor production areas, as well as treatment & storage areas. The allocated working areas are endowed with various lifting capacities from 5- 50 tones/m2. Our team will travel to the world and continue to be able to deliver both time and cost-effective solutions. Due to our abilities as to the team and the seriousness with which we work on each project, we became the main subcontractor for the largest construction sites in Romania and Europe. Union Serv Management System is certified by DNV, according: ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 3834-2:2021, ISO 1090:2009:2011. Also, the Welding Shop Approval certification issued by DNV, allows Union Serv to develop own WPS and to internally certify welders for all type of materials including CuNiFe / SS Duplex/ SS Super Duplex/ Titanium.
