Unisalento Hydro Project

The University of Salento is participating in the international H2 Grand Prix project, an educational initiative promoted to bring students closer to the world of sustainable mobility through the use of hydrogen as a clean energy source. The competition, organized by Hydrogen Grand Prix, involves school and university teams from around the world in the design and construction of miniature vehicles powered by hydrogen fuel cells. It is a real opportunity to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical skills in areas such as electrochemistry, mechatronics, automation and environmental sustainability. In addition to the technical challenge, the H2 Grand Prix promotes teamwork, innovation and environmental awareness- goals that are in line with our university's commitment to promoting reduced-environmental impact technologies.
