Design – Unit Forgings utilizes the latest state-of-the-art technologies for producing our products. Die design and engineering print functions are fully computerized, with software packages such as Pro-E which enable us to design parts with exacting tolerances.
Forge – Our steam driven hammers range in size from 4,000 to 18,000 lbs. Product weight capacity ranges from approximately 10 to 300 pounds with diameters up to 24” and lengths to 45”. Unit Forgings specializes in manufacturing a wide variety of material grades including carbon, alloy, stainless steel, and micro alloy.
Machine – We provide machining from milling to drilling on both simple and complex parts. Our in-house machining department makes Unit Forgings a “one-stop” supplier serving both your forging and machining needs.
