The group was founded in the year 1984 by four technocrats who served in Tata Motors for more than 40 years collectively in various capacities in Sales, Marketing and Dealer Development. The Group since its inception has won a large number of awards from Tata Motors including being ranked First in After Sales Service in the Country, ranked first in the Country for Sales of Parts and being awarded the Dealership of the year for Commercial Vehicle during the year 2003-2004.
