United Rocks is creating climbing teams specifically designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our goal is to create teams across the United States, and we’re thrilled to announce that United Rocks is rapidly expanding to a climbing gym right in your neighborhood!
The climbing journey can pose unique obstacles and challenges for individuals with disabilities, such as wearing gear, getting on a wall for the first time, and becoming part of a team. Each of these milestones represents a victory to be celebrated.
We make it a habit to recognize and praise our climbers as they continuously reach new heights, both literally and figuratively. Through climbing, they will cultivate invaluable skills like balance, focus, and communication, fostering their physical, mental, and social growth.
