United Western Development

United Western Development is a privately-held real estate and land development company the operated for over 40 years in the Puget Sound region of Washington State. Founded in 1969 it was a vertically integrated “boutique” development company, its specific niche was in the assemblage, entitlement, and development of finished residential lots and commercial projects. The company historically developed a diversified footprint of residential land, commercial land, multi-family income property, and commercial income property, accounting for 33%, 18%, 29%, and 20% of historical revenues, respectively. At its height in 2006 the Company was in the top 10-15% of companies in the U.S. within its industry category in terms of value of completed projects, and number of employees.
