United Passaic Organization

The United Passaic Organization, Inc. (U.P.O.), the designated Community Action Agency for the City of Passaic, New Jersey, is a non-profit, broad based community service organization, which is committed to providing service to enhance the quality of life for the people of Passaic. The organization was incorporated in 1981 by an interfaith group of clergy and lay people, who wanted to improve the quality of life in Passaic by addressing issues of common concerns. Over the years, the organization has developed a strong track record of effective service on behalf of all the residents of this community.
