Unity Housing Support

Unity Housing Support is a non-profit organisation providing Supported Housing services in London and beyond. We believe that the key to ending homelessness in the UK is to provide our tenants with the skills and experiences they need to sustain tenancies in the future and aid them in overcoming social and health difficulties which have prevented independence in the past. Working with local landlords we deliver a person centred approach support model focused on collaboration with specialist support services and delivery of key meetings with our tenants to monitor their wellbeing and aid them in reacheing their long term goals.
