Unity Pacific Group (ASX: UPG) is a stapled ASX listed Australian real estate investment trust (A-REIT). Unity Pacific’s core business comprises direct real estate investment and funds management. Unity Pacific Group comprises Unity Pacific Stapled Trust (Trust) and Unity Pacific Limited (Company). Unity Pacific Group changed its name from Trinity Group in late 2014, as part of the evolution of its business. Unity Pacific currently owns and manages a small diversified portfolio of Australian property assets in its own right and is rebuilding its external property funds management portfolio after having sold the management rights of that portfolio to global fund manager LaSalle in 2012. Unity Pacific’s Board and management have a wide variety of background skills and experience in areas critical to the successful management of the Group’s core business activities including property acquisition, valuation, financial analysis, property law, real estate agency, funds and asset management, accounting and compliance.
