With over 25 years of manufacturing and trading experience, Unity Hardware offers a wide range of architectural hardware products including Door Handles, Door Locks, Cylinders for Locks, Door Hinges, Door Pull Handles and Door Accessories for Commercial, Hospitality, Residential and DIY markets. In addition to OEM manufacturing, Unity strives to provide the one-stop solution for our customers from requirement translation, the specification defining, prototyping and simulation, product testing and verification, production planning and management, quality assurance, consolidation, and logistics. Headquarter located in Nanjing, China, Unity Hardware has two main manufacturing facilities situated at Wuxi, Jiangsu and Jiangmen, Guangdong. We manufacture with a wide range of materials such as extruded brass, stainless steel, mild steel, zinc and aluminum alloy and other supporting material such as plastic parts. Unity also provides a wide range of surface finishes such as PVD, Electroplating, Power Coating, Lacquering and Cataphoresis for different applications. In addition to the OEM manufacturing, Unity provides added value service to our customers to value analysis and value engineer products to suit the ever-changing market requirement. Unity has an internal testing laboratory established according to EN and ANSI standards to verify the VA/VE process and make sure the consistency of batch production. Unity works with accredited testing and certification organizations such as Warringtonfire at UK and Intertek NA at USA for independent testing. Unity offers a suite of products that are tested to relevant EN and ANSI norms and certified to CE / UKCA / Certifire and UL standards.
