Founded in 2022, Universal Inclusion is a pioneering organization committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the space industry. We provide tailored DEI coaching, audits, and inclusive recruiting services for companies and nonprofits, helping them build environments that champion diversity of thought and foster lasting change. Beyond corporate services, we lead a social movement aimed at inspiring and empowering underrepresented communities in the space industry. Our programs focus on amplifying diverse voices and providing vital resources that help individuals from all backgrounds start or accelerate their careers in space. Our mission is to make both Earth and space more inclusive by creating a future where diversity is not only celebrated but is integral to shaping the industry’s future.
