Universal Learning

Universal Learning offers peer-to-peer tutoring for postsecondary students, with a university level focus on law, the humanities, physical sciences, life sciences, and mathematics. We can work with any set of problems, including tutorial questions, projects and assignments, quizzes, and examination preparation, and provide hands-on problem solving techniques that can guide students to reach their own solutions. Our mission at Universal Learning is to ensure that our students accomplish their academic and intellectual objectives in the most effective way possible. The partnership began with the idea that the lecture hall and classroom settings were insufficient for unlocking the learning potential of individual students. In lieu of asking students to follow boilerplate syllabi without having the opportunity to develop deeper understandings of topics, Universal Learning applies a mentorship-based tutoring model that acknowledges the learning style of each student, and assists with mentoring students and recent graduates via seminars and networking events with established professionals.
