Rapid Assessment: The core of every assessment are the interviews held with the first three levels of management. Solutions to problems need more than financial analysis. Performance improvements need more than a strategy. These interviews reveal the information that is critical for our clients to understand the true issues involved and what they mean for their company. Short-Term Triage: Major challenges can be met by correctly recognizing what in the company is healthy, what can / should be saved, and what needs to be removed. Major opportunities can be exploited by recognizing what can provide large value, what can provide a stable base and what needs to be discarded. Planning under uncertainty cannot be performed by standard corporate planning tools as the information needed is rarely available. An adaptive plan that updates as information is uncovered is the solution.
