He is also an Adjunct Professor at DePaul University College of Law where he teaches courses on international dispute resolution. Alan D. Lyons is a Chicago lawyer who has practiced law in many fields and works predominantly in international law and trade relations. He also practices law in New York and California. He is Corporate Counsel for numerous international and local companies. His work has led him to various parts of the world including China, Nigeria, Holland, The Phillipines, France, Greece, Brazil, and Papua New Guinea. He has done significant charitable legal work for national and international nonprofits and foundations. Valeriy V. Sirotyuk is CEO of EuroDelays LLC, and holds Ukrainian and U.S. law degrees. Mr. Sirotyuk is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois (U.S.), Ukraine, and Russia, and is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.
