Invicta Holdings Limited’s specialist automotive division has recently been restructured, with the establishment of Universal Parts Group (UPG) comprising Autobax, Driveshaft Parts and IMEXPART UK, which was acquired in July 2023. Automotive and heavy-duty after-market specialists, UPG, has consolidated its local operations into one highly efficient facility in each major centre - Johannesburg, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and Durban. The company supplies parts for passenger cars, light commercial, heavy-duty, off-highway and agricultural vehicles and also supports heavy-duty vehicles used in industrial sectors, including steel mills, paper mills and marine. This streamlined operation offers a broad product offering of quality branded components in Southern Africa, the United Kingdom, Poland and Ukraine.
