As a first-time tech founder, I've been passionate about addressing a specific problem in social media: Algorithms that bury 70% of user content, endless scrolling, a surveillance enterprise full of irrelevant content and poorly targeted ads. Enter Universimm: an entertainment app with an intelligent filtering system that allows its users to post niche-topic content to specific countries delivering hyper-relevant content, while clevely sidestepping Apple's tracking update, free from irrelevant and poorly targeted ads.
We have a one-of-a-kind feature, a differentiated business model that allows users to post to countries creating disruption in this space. In contrast, Meta and other apps have an opposing business model, relying heavily on their surveillance program to predict users movements.
Presently, total revenue in Social Networking stands at 124B dollars. At an annual growth rate of 6.8% the projected market volume will be 183B by 2027. Currently, Social media ad spend amounts to 116B dollars. Statista predicts that this number will more than double to 262B dollars by 2028.
Our strategy centers around targeting countries with high social media usage. India for example has 755 million users.
