Uniweld SA is a Swisss leader in metal-constructions based in Ticino (CH). Since its creation, Uniweld SA is excelling in the production of welded products, such as pipes and pressure tanks, subject to the European directive PED 2014/68 / EU and according to the AD2000, SVTI, ASME and EN 13480 directives. Uniweld SA is also active in the service market and performs repair & maintenance routines to companies that need support (short notice or long term contracting) on their assets. The company now boasts important national and international collaborations with several companies in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, in the food and energy industry (natural gas), in the oil field and in the water purification field. The products are used throughout Switzerland, in the EU and as components of important industrial plants which are exported all over the world. The production team consists of equipment manufacturers, competent piping builders, qualified welders, experienced mechanics and builders, who guarantee the execution of high demanding projects in various sectors. Our production portfolio is able to process several materials such as: - Non-alloy construction steels, - Boiler construction steels, - Fine-grained steels. - Heat resistant steels, for example 13CrMo44, 15Mo3. - Stainless steels (austenites), for example W. 1.4301, 1.4404, 1.4435 BN2, 1.4539 and others. Low temperature steels, for example A333 Gr. 6, P355NH. - High corrosion resistance steels. - Nickel-based alloy steels such as Hastelloy, Inconel and others. - Other special materials.
