The United Nations Maritime and Continental Silk Road Cities Alliance Smart City & New Industry Committee, or UNMCSR-SNC, is a specialized agency established by the Secretariat of the United Nations Maritime and Continental Silk Road Cities Alliance (UNMCSR). Centering its work on the design, development and implementation of cross-border,high-level projects in specialized fields, UNMCSR-SNC aims at stimulating development in the field of new industries between countries, regions, cities and enterprises along the Silk Road.
