Unmute is a student-led mental health initiative that targets the unspoken issues of mental health through innovation and technology. At Unmute, we envision a world where everyone can fearlessly express themselves and stand confidently against the scrutinizing and judgmental aspects of society. Our initiative focuses on cultivating a community of support and acceptance for teens and young adults all around the world, while providing easy-accessible and efficient stress-management and mindfulness programs and services at no cost.
