Founded in 2018, but unofficially operational since 2014, Unshackle Counselling aims at providing mental health counselling for mental disorders such as obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, and depression, using principles of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and mindfulness.
Specifically, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) techniques are used to provide hope for recovery to sufferers of OCD.
Payment terms are flexible, with charges on a sliding scale to make counselling affordable for everybody. I don't believe in letting money stand in the way of a sufferer's recovery.
