Unterbites

My mission is simple: I want you to eat a lot of fat, meat, sugar, and consume a lot of booze. I’m a creative person by trade. I’m a chef (professionally) and a musican (some would say professionally), both are my “day-jobs”. I make my ends meet with my passions where and when I can. The 9-5 seriously bores me, and I prefer to pursue my passions in exchange for contentment in what I do to earn a dollar. Even if I don’t earn a cent. My passions drive me, not money. This is me. With Unterbites, I intend to provide unusual (and seriously tested through and through) delicacies and treats to the underground, the disturbed, the hedonistic, and the carnivore within us all. I only use organic, free-range, seasonal, and as local (PORTLAND) products as possible.
