UNWIND, founded in 2020, is a youth-based NPO that connects you to the mental health resources right for you, free of cost. The organisation also provides professional help and free therapy to the underprivileged and everyone with a demonstrated need.
UNWIND Kerala is a chapter initiated and designed under the organisation's Chapter Campaign to help in growing and making the experience available to more people across the state. We host free webinars, workshops and other events to advocate the importance of mental health and counsellor in schools, colleges, orphanages and other institutions.
