In 2019 I started creating a yoga and meditation sanctuary for people suffering from pain, stress & anxiety and looking for a way to become flexible and calm. We teach yoga and meditation for a strong, healthy body and mind in a studio specifically designed to instil a sense of peace. Teaching students the lifelong skills of movement, relaxation and rejuvenation has become our passion.
