University of Auckland Game Developer Guild

The University of Auckland Game Developer Guild aims to create a supportive environment for game developers of all abilities to learn and develop their gamemaking skills. Musicians, artists, programmers - everyone is welcome here! We host industry talks and tutorials throughout the year in order to strengthen and enrich your knowledge as a game developer, as well as game nights to give you an opportunity to get to know your fellow developers. If you're feeling up to the challenge, we also host multiple mini-project rounds throughout the year. Join a team and develop a small game over the course of a few weeks! At the end of each round, games will be showcased and teams can receive feedback on their respective games. Whether you're new to game development or a seasoned developer, the UoA GDG community welcomes you!
