About Public Health Students’ Union
Formerly recognized as the Health Studies Students’ Union (HSSU), the Public Health Students’ Union (PHSU) was founded in 2025 and is entirely run by students in the Public Health Program at University College, working to create social and academic opportunities for students outside of the classroom environment. We provide support to all students in courses offered by the Public Health Program, facilitating dialogue about the socioeconomic, political, cultural, and biomedical determinants of health and the health care system. We are committed to building connections for our students, and we encourage you to get involved by joining the team, coming to general meetings, or attending events.
