Since 2020, the University of Toronto Policython (UTP) has pursued a single overarching vision: to equip youth with the skills and experiences needed to excel in policymaking, governance, and advocacy. To bring this vision to life, we host Fireside Chats, run General Membership programs, launched a student-led Publications Journal, hold networking events, and organize our annual flagship event—Policython. Through these initiatives, we engage hundreds of students, academics, public servants, politicians, and industry leaders every year, all united by a shared passion for better public policy. At UTP, we believe in the power of collective action and in the leadership of young people to drive meaningful change.
