University of Leicester Pro Bono

The Pro Bono Group offers students at the University of Leicester the opportunity to apply their legal knowledge in a rewarding and charitable environment, highly regarded by law firms, chambers and other organisations in their graduate recruitment. The Group works with local firms and professionals in order to support the services provided, and to improve links with the community. As a member of Pro Bono, there is an opportunity to engage with one of our fourteen projects, from the Litigants in Person Project in the Leicester County Court, to the Miscarriages of Justice Project working on real criminal cases. Furthermore, the Group offers a variety of educational and enriching activities, such as networking events in the Harry Peach Library, and a recent trip to Amsterdam and The Hague.
