Our mission is to address the challenges faced by Black healthcare professionals, advocating for equitable opportunities and culturally sensitive practices. 👩🏾⚕️ Black healthcare students encounter systemic biases, limited mentorship opportunities, and unequal access to resources, which hinder their academic and professional advancement.
