We are a student-led society at the University of Nottingham, dedicated to celebrating and sharing the Portuguese language and the diverse cultures of the Lusophone world.
We provide a home away from home for Lusophone students while warmly welcoming anyone interested in exploring and taking part in our culture — from music and food to language and traditions.
Our past activities have included academic workshops, language lessons, cultural events, and the creation of sports teams — all aimed at supporting our members’ wellbeing and fostering a strong, inclusive community.
