The Food Flavour research group at the University of Nottingham is directed by Professor Ian Fisk. This active group has research interests in flavour management (plant biology, agricultural techniques, food chemistry, food processing, food production through to consumption) and fundamental food chemistry to support novel processing technologies and commercial foods.
