Volunteering Society, University of Southampton Malaysia (UoSMVS)

The University of Southampton Malaysia Volunteering Society (UoSMVS) is a student volunteer body with the belief that the spirit of volunteerism is vital in humanity to bring continuous impacts and benefits to the community. Our volunteering experiences are categorised into various departments, which covers a wide range of aspects – community, wildlife and environment, which can be seen by some of our past events that includes teaching children at orphanages, kechara soup kitchen, animal shelter cleaning, virtual Health Awareness Week (HAW) and beach cleaning! Besides being able to contribute back to the community around you, you’ll also be able to boost your CV by showing that you have the initiative and passion to get yourself involved in volunteering work. In addition, our group activities will most certainly leave you with a bunch of new friends at the end of the day, which will make your university life more exciting!
