UOW’s relationships with the aged care sector is led by UOW’s Aged Dementia Health Education and Research (ADHERe) initiative. Through this initiative, UOW leads over thirty aged care organisations, including aged care providers, government agencies, community organisations and tertiary institutions, to support the aged care sector. ADHERe’s aim is to transform the lives of older people and family carers through the translation evidence-based resources into practice using evidence based learning initiatives.
