University of the Philippines Batangan

UP Batangan is a duly recognized organization in the University of the Philippines – Diliman, composed of students hailing from the province of Batangas. Since our establishment in 1976, we have been instrumental in promoting socio-civic and academic programs for the benefit of our fellow Batangueños, the UP Diliman community, and Filipinos as a whole. We live the Batangueño passion for service through conducting socio-civic and academic activities such as Karibok Ang Tuktok, UNGCAT Review Program, Ambag: Blood Drive, and Binhi: A Tree Planting Initiative. We are the first provincial organization in the university to have received the Gawad Chancellor Award for being the Most Outstanding Organization in 2002. UP Batangan also received the Gawad Dekada Award (2016) and the Gawad Mapagbigay Award (2018) from the Philippine Children's Medical Center for our annual blood-drive donation for the children. Now in its 45th year, UP Batangan aims to reach greater heights and serve a greater number of people through our projects and campaigns curated for the greater good. Ipagpatuloy and Libog! 🐴❤
