Up Close Community

Up Close is a community-driven initiative rooted in collective growth through intentional exchange, shared knowledge, storytelling and mutual inspiration. We operate at the intersection of the arts, cultural and creative sectors as a connector between people, spaces and disciplines. Our aim is to make room for learning and growing with our work and our crafts by getting up close and personal with one another through a variety of formats. We operate out of Amsterdam but with a global mindset that reaches well beyond Dutch borders. This global mindset manifests through the relationships we nurture with friends, partners and peers, the type of guests and mentors we invite for our programs as well as the locations we plan to bring our formats to.
