HOPE UP

HOPE-Health Online Parameter Evaluation also known as Integrated Command and Control Center (ICCC) has been established on the 4th floor of Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow under the tripartite agreement between Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, UPTSU and Piramal Foundation. HOPE was formally inaugurated on 24th August 2023 by Shri Brijesh Pathak, Honorable Deputy CM and Minister of Medical Health and Family Welfare, Govt of Uttar Pradesh in the auspicious presence of Shri Mayankeshwar Sharan Singh, Honorable Minister of State, Medical Health and Family Welfare, Govt of Uttar Pradesh. Under HOPE, 109 district level hospitals, which are under the control of the Directorate of Medical and Health Services (DGMH), are monitored 24x7 by Call Center executives (CCEs). The CCEs also responds to incoming calls, received through State Health Helpline Nos (1800-180-5145 & 1800-180-5146) related to infectious & seasonal diseases etc., coming daily in the HOPE Helpline call center. A total of 72 Human Resource has been provided to HOPE by Govt. of Uttar Pradesh under the contract of NHM.
