Traditionally landlords would expect to pay upwards of £1000 to let their property, Upad landlords receive this service for just £120.
Upad landlords have more control and can select the most suitable tenant, which often leads to a longer lasting tenancy. Research conducted in 2014 by independent research specialists BDRC stated that Upad landlords suffered 45% less rent arrears compared to non-Upad landlords.
